Did you know that Sky has just commissioned six new plays? These are live performances to be shown on a weekly basis

Yeah, I've heard that Live legit is going to be shown on BskyB, and is said to be the first of six theatre plays to play this summer!

Sky Arts is spearheading the effort. They see it as "reality television", well sort of.

It's nice to know that after more than 2 decades, Sky is going back to supporting theatre! I think the last time small-screen theater has been broadcasted was in the 1980s!

the thing is, Sky will also be showing the behind the scenes footage for the rehearsals... it will also allow for more inteactivity by allowing viewers to post their comments as it airs! Lastly, Sky will be featuring a discussion on the plays after each show, and will have the actors, the writers and the directors on board.
