I don't think so. The new chairman and CEO might turn ITV around, I am very hopeful with that. In fact since Norman and Cozier have been appointed, the shares have reached 51p. Almost 3x the 16.5p lowest price it reached!

I think that the ITV investment served Sky the way it wanted it. It stopped the merger. Without the merger, Virgin was not able to make good on its threat to become Sky's worthwhile competition.

Yes, that is antitrust. But this is business!
