|  Paused Content Lost Every now and then, when a program has been on 'live' pause for some time, the message will come up saying that pause must be exited to access live TV. Obviously, if you want to carry on watching the paused program, you don't want to return to the live TV, but that isn't an option. I've always wondered why it does this. Does anyone have any ideas?  |

| Pause Playback Problems I have the solution for you below All you need to do is Press the services button Then go down to sky + setup (Number 5) Go down to instant rewind and use the arrows to move that upto 60 minutes which is the maximum. Then go down to save settings and you should now have resolved your problem |
