| Well, I think that they are right on target with that one. Merging TV and Broadband is the way to go for the future. |

| I think that having a networked home also serves Sky another purpose: VOD. If you remember, Sky's satellite platform is not one to lend itself well to VOD, so having broadband interlinked with its existing platform takes care of that. |

| Sky wants every TV and every computer to be networked, meaning that each member of that household has access to shared content, no matter if they use the computer or just the TV. Sky also envisions that recorded programs may be transferred within the network. |
