I seem to be having very slow internet since I moved over to sky. The package came with my TV package and seemed to be going well but has suddenly slowed down. Does anyone else have the same problem or know how to resolve this???

Mine works very good. Ever since I installed it, I had no problems with it.

You probably need to contact the repair department and have them take a look at your setup. Something is wrong somewhere that's for sure. Sky broadband will always have a high lat. but when it starts coming it should be fast.


Broadband is never slow due to having a bunch of documents on your pc. I don't mean to be rude, but you don't know what you are talking about.

Mine also works fast.I think you should say this problem to the administrator.Some it happens due to the overload of documents in the computer.

Elven is right. You should contact the service department. If you have a full hard drive and low ram mem., then you can find that the problem is actually your pc, and not your broadband connection
