| This is a certified tip: do not buy your HDMI from the retailer. You can save up by getting your cables from your cable company if you are going to subscribe. Also if you have already subscribed, you might want to get cheaper HDMI cables online. That's like 2400% cheaper! |

| I guess the best tip I'd have right now for somebody who is looking to buy a new TV is to wait for a decent 3DTV that is low-priced. There I've said it. |

| Well, I for one agree with your opinion. I think that HDTV prices are falling right now for a reason: because it's going to give way to 3DTVs. So you might as well wait for a 3DTV to fall within your budget then buy that!
