Sky has announced that they will be showing 12 silent films on Sky1, as the broadcaster unveiled its Christmas programming.

I've read that the films will be a series and will be shown as the twelve days of christmas. So I guess it starts on Dec. 16, am not sure though.

No offense to Charlie Chaplin Fans but, yes I do think that it will be boring.

No... these are new silent films, each around eight minutes long. It's going to be produced by Endor Productions.

And here I was thinking that Sky is the most forward-looking broadcaster with the 3D content it came out with... but, they are actually backtracking...
