Default Korea to try launching a satellite again

South Korea will be attempting another satellite launch called Naro-1. This is after the country's first try went kaput in August of 2009.

Its launcher, Korea Space Launch Vehicle 1 is the first Korean-assembled space launcher.

Something went wrong and the satellite fell out of orbit and crashed back to earth!

Actually a faulty wiring caused the fairings to fail to detach when it was expected to do so. The good thing is, the Korean government now has a good view of what went wrong and went on to correct it. So this time around, the launch is expected to be successful!

I think that South Korea joining the satellite fray is a good development. For one, they have the world's best movies and shows, and It would be great if they could somehow beam it to us!

I agree that Korea produces the best comedies and dramas and movies... but if they do get beamed here, I surely wish that they'd include translations and subtitles! I don't understand their language!

Not to promote anything here, but Korean IP laws are so lax that you can find SUBTITLED shows on YouTube
