Well, that't the rumor. Microsoft is said to be coming out with a game console that also acts as a media player.

That's funny since there have long been rumors of a ZuneHD, and a Zune smartphone. I don't think this one's true.

Well, Team Xbox, a gaming site thinks it's true. They had an anonymous source saying that a gaming Zune is really in the works. and it will be called the xYz.

the team xbox report also quoted the source that xYz will be "unlike anything on the market today"

rumors have it that the new gaming device will be a cross between sony mylo, PSP and ipod touch! That's a very ambitious device if ever these rumors are true!

Probably not. although microsoft also has experience with mobile phones. The rumors point more to a gaming device, and no phone access.

Well, I think if there is a ZuneXyz coming out, then we'd know next month :)
