Channel M secures digital licence

Channel M Television became the first local channel to be awarded spectrum under the digital dividend after paying for £10,000 for the Manchester license.

Yup. MEN owns channel M. They have had ****ogue broadcasts in the Greater Manchester area, and can be seen on Sky Digital all over UK.
