Ofcom has ruled that three out of four of Sky's promotions were in breach of the television code.
If you are on Virgin, you'd know that Sky's channels are no longer there (I sorely miss Sky One and Sky Sports). When Sky came out with those ads with the words "Only available on Sky" and showed these promotions on Virgin Media and Sky.
Virgin Media didn't like it at all and complained. Now Ofcom has ruled against sky :)
