How To Access The Secret Installers Menu

hHello, I tryed the above but no go,
I have a Sky box model # 512M-T, need to access the Installers menu so I can use the signal meter.
remote is a" Sky AP"

there are no buttons that say "Services", just a red, green, yellow, blue.

any help would be great thanks,

On your sky remote you should have buttons at the top saying

tv guide, box office, services, interactive

All sky remotes have these buttons if you do not have these buttons then you do not have a sky remote or you do not have sky.

I have the instructions but they are in spanish, need english.
this remote does not have a "services" button.
no system manual came with this reciver, cant find one anywhere.

"SKY" model S12M-T, thats all that on the back of the reciver.
this receiver looks just like a Direct TV Receiver.see pic below, top rec. is a "sky" bottom is a Direct TV rec.

but I did find the signal meter, once you get the "seleet satellite", press the select button, enter code, press select again, meter" pops up" on both sides.

here are some pic's, and yes I do have a "SKY" system.

This system is set-up in the U.S.A., Madera, Calif. ( next to Fresno)

up and running and works Great..!
