LG is said to have caused a big stir at the CES 2010 with its Ultra Slim TV. Any of you guys can confirm this???

Haven't seen any news from the CES just yet, but I have been hearing that LG is trying to come up with a lot of Freeview HD TVs.

I wish that were true. I think that it's the best time to come out with Freeview HDTVs since there are going to be a lot of sporting events this coming summer. And sports are best viewed in high quality and clear detail.

I think that's true. Rumor has it that LG is planning to have half of the TVs they produce to be compatible with FreeView HD.

Actually this is not a rumor. LG has said that Freeview HD will be readily available on three of its models: LE 8900, LE 7900 and LE 5900

I think they also plan it for LCD LD 790 and LD 690. As well as plasma TVs.

Yup. LG plans to have the PK 590, PK 790 and PK 950 compatible with Freeview HD.
