I've read reports that Sky currently has 1.3 million unique hits every month that comes from the U.S. and Canada. That should give you an idea of how much this deal is worth.

Hmmmn... I must have missed something, because this is the first time that I've heard about Adgent.
Well, Adgent is quite popular in media. They also represent the Los Angeles Times and the Guardian, as well as Independent and Telegraph, among other high powered clients.

On the other hand, Sky.com has been enjoying really high numbers in terms of visitors, estimated to reach more than 7.5 million unique visits every single month.

Sky needed Adgent because the Web is really not their core business. In a way, they will be tapping into Adgent's expertise at turning Web sites into cash cows.
